1) We are GST registered & invoices provided as of and when required.
2) Payment to be paid within 3 Days unless by private arrangement with Supplier namely Flags R Us.
3) Delivery of goods New Zealand wide using NZ Couriers and at prices asked of NZ Couriers.
4) Returns: As Flags are Custom Made and Proofs approved. We are happy to work with you to clarify any discrepancies that may have arisen.
5) We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act Fair Trading Act.
6) We may not accept return or exchange or Credit if you simply have a change of mind on the item and the Item was not as you imagined it to be but will seek to come to a binding decision.
7) Please note at the Request of the Management payment in FULL is required on acceptance of quote, no exceptions.
8) Payment is required in full and confirmed by email before any custom work is commenced.
9) Please allow up to 10 - 15 working days for manufacture and processing after receipt of payment and confirmation of any proofs. transport of goods are excluded as we have no control of the courier system.
* All Artwork supplied by the customer must be a PDF (ungrouped) EPS, Ai File and of printable quality. Size must be at least 800 kb, smaller sizes might compromise quality. Please do not use converted Photoshop or Illustrator Images as they are not compatible with COREL DRAW and as a consequence wastes everybody's valuable time. We can redraw logos etc at an extra cost to the consumer.
* We will not accept responsibility for any errors or artwork supplied by the customer.
* We are not liable for any colour variation but will do our utmost to meet your requirements as they can show differently on different printed mediums including fabric.
